5 Senses!

Welcome back Munchkins! 

Today we will learn the 5 senses in English! 

Touch, Smell, Taste Hear and Sight! 

We are going to start with our sense of TOUCH today. I have a Mystery Box for you all. 

The Munchkins are going to use their sense of touch and draw what they think is inside the box! Along with using our senses we will learn some new vocabulary along the way! 

Is it small? Is it big? Is it sharp? 

16th February Weather

Hello Munchkins!

Today we will be learning about the weather and the different seasons. Is it cold today? Is it raining?

We will go over vocabulary on the weather, sing together and play a miming game! 

9th February Valentines Day Learning

Hello Munchkins! Coming up this month is Valentines day! We're going to learn about the tradition of little cupid, vocabulary for this special day and make your own Valentines day cards for your loved ones...in English!

26th January

Hi Munchkins!

Today we will continue our vocabulary on animals as well as some fruits! We will read and watch Handas Surprise, a fun story about a young girl and the different animals you see in Africa! After we will create our own animal masks based off the animals learned from the story. 

Hi Munchkins!

Today we will continue learning about animals! We will go over farm animals in particular, and read/sing Old Macdonald had a Farm.

After, we will play a game using animal flashcards. Everyone must point or go towards the animal which is said outloud by me or another munchkin! 

We will wrap up with a count the animals worksheet :)

Hello Munchkins! 

Today we will be learning about all different animals. While we watch this video, we will be singing and learning all of the animal vocabulary :)

Now lets see if we can match the animal with the correct word. 

Lastly, we will ask for everyone to draw their favourite animal and why!

Days of the week and acting out verbs!

Hello Munchkins!

Today we will be learning and singing the days of the week. Then we will be learning verbs and acting out each word. Also we will play Simon Says after learning the vocabulary!
